Sebadoh

Original Experimental Sebadoh To Reunite For Tour

By: Spacelab Research Staff
Or as Lou Barlow calls it: Sebadoh Classic. That means the lineup of the estranged Eric Gaffney, Lou Barlow, and Jason Lowenstein. Wow. The most experimental of Sebadoh lineups is gettin' the band back together for a set of tour dates that start at the end of February and go until the beginning of April. This also follows on the heels of this summer's rerelease of Sebadoh III and Eric Gaffney's recent release of Uncharted Waters.
That would of course give them a chance to launch the tour with a gig at the Noise Pop music festival, which recently announced 2007 dates that strangely sync up with the beginning of the Sebadoh tour. Of course, I have no idea of what I'm talking about, as there's no confirmation of this... but hey - Sebadoh and Noise Pop are like two peas in the same pod.
As for now, this all comes from a little blurb on Lou Barlow's website, where he said "So here's some news: Sebadoh Classic will be touring this spring 2/25/07 - 4/07. Sebadoh Classic = Gaffney-era... III Bubble and Scrape. Eric, Jason, and I will be heading out together..."
That's all for now, but tour dates will be soon made available.
