The hobo skillet consists of the same ingredients as the farmer's skillet, which is eggs, sausage, green peppers, green onions, mushrooms, potatoes, and cheese. Apparently the farmers and the hobos are on the same diet. Oh wait, the farmer's skillet had tomatoes I believe. There's the difference!!
